The insignia on his shirt could be either Electric Power Company of Tennessee or Alabama Power Company.
He worked first for the  Electric Power Company of Tennessee while living in Lexington, Henderson Co., TN.
Later he worked for Alabama Power Company while living in Haleyville, AL.

CURTIS RAMSEY O'NEAL  was born September 12, 1905 in Giles Co., TN, and died November 20, 1967 in Mt. Hope, ALA.  He married :
(1) MYRTLE CHRISTINE ENSOR December 25, 1924 in Blanche, Lincoln Co., TN, daughter of SIMON ENSOR and DORA ISBELLE.
(2) MINYON ELOISE ROBERSON September 07, 1934 in Haleyville, Winston Co., ALA, daughter of ROBERT ROBERSON and LUCY CUNNINGHAM.

Children of CURTIS O'NEAL and MYRTLE CHRISTINE ENSOR are:
 i. JULIA ANN O'NEAL, b. November 30, 1926, Blanche, Lincoln Co., Tn; d. Abt. 1972, GA.
 ii. BETTY JANE O'NEAL, b. March 04, 1929, Petersburg, Lincoln Co., TN; d. October 28, 2000, Springfield, Robertson Co., TN.

Children of CURTIS O'NEAL and MINYON ELOISE ROBERSON are:
 iii. PEGGY BEE O'NEAL
 iv. CURTIS RAMSEY 'MIKE'  O'NEAL JR.
