Henry Flavious Moore, born Jun 27, 1847 in Granville Co., NC; died Oct 24, 1924 in Stem, Granville Co., NC. He was the son of Hester F Moore and Ann Elizabeth 'Eliza' Whitfield. Handwritten note on the back of the photograph above says "lost his arm in the Civil War." Author of note is unknown and the story is disputed.
Married 1st Leanna Stem before 1870. See Leanna's tombstone.

Together "Mr. Jarvis" and "Miss Addie" raised three children:
