THOMAS BONNER appoints WILLIAM BONNER true and lawful attorney
February 18, 1828

Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Bonner of the County of Hickman and State of Kentucky have made nominated and appointed and by these presents do make nominate and appoint William Bonner of the County and State aforesaid my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name and for my use and benefit to ask demand Sue for recover and receive of and from Sally Bonner or the Executor or Administrator of the Estate of Thomas Bonner Senr. Deceased and Moses H Bonner deceased both of the County of Granville and State of North Carolina all such sum or sums of money legally bequest and demand whatsoever which are now due and owing or causing to sue the Said Thomas Bonner Jr.as one of the heirs of the Said Thomas Bonner Senr. decd and the said Moses H Bonner deceased by and from the said Sally Bonner or the Executor or Administrator of the aforesaid estate and to have all and take all lawful ways and means in my name or otherwise for the recovery thereof by attachment and ???? or otherwise and to compromise arbitrate and argue for the same and be witness or other sufficient discharge for the same make in my name make Seal and deliver and to do all lawful acts and things whatsoever considering the promises as fully and in every respect as I ? might do myself or could do were I personally present satisfying and confirming and by these presents allowing whatsoever my said attorney shall in my name lawfully do in and about the promises by notice of these presents I have set my hand and caused my seal to be affixed this 18th day of February 1828
