DEED BOOK 1 (1807-1808) p. 855
39-James Foy gave to his son, Frederick Foy, land of 300 acres in Onslow Co. on north side of SW of New River, at George Brinson's line, County Road, Howard's line, to Loyd's line. Oct. 4, 1806. Tests: Joshua Foy, Morris Foy.

DEED BOOK 12, p. 1053
57-Mar. 10, 1821. John Wheeler sold to Morris Foy for 50.00 dollars, 2 tracts of land on Cypres Creek. 100 acres patented to Samuel Heidleburg and a tract of 50 acres patented to me, John Wheeler. Tests: H. Gurganus, Fredrk Foy.

DEED BOOK 13 (1822-1824) p. 1072
13-(Numbered 5 but should be 13.) Jan 26, 1822. Morris Foy
sold to Benjamin Prescott for $50.00 dollars land on Cypress Creek at county road, containing 100 acres patented by Samuel Heidleburg. Also 52 acres patented by John Wheeler joining above containing Wolf Ridge. Tests: Archibald Parker.

8-Sept. 3, 1822. Frederick Foy to Thomas Foy for 4700 dollars, sold land on south side of SW branch of New River on east side of Main Road being part of tract granted to Stephen Williams and near Joseph Marshborn's plantation and his bars and near land sold me by James Foy and to dividing line between me, Frederick Foy, and Morris Foy at Wilmington Road and path of Jonothan Murray. 560 acres. Also a tract on Beaver Dam of 260 acres which was a deed of gift from James Foy to Frederick Foy. Tests: Frederick H. Dixon.

James Foy, Sr. gave to his son, John Spicer (Foy?) a negro named Nathan which is at this time in possession of my son-in-law, Jacob Golden. Nov. 7 1822. Tests: Morris Foy, Frederick Foy.

DEED BOOK 15 (1825-1826) p. 1117
40-Morris Foy sold to Elza Landing for 35 dollars a tract of land joining that laid off by James Foy, Sr., Nov. 13, 1793, for 50 acres at Marshborn's Great Branch. August 31, 1825. Tests: Joshua Foy.

DEED BOOK 18 (1829-1832) p. 1197
215-Morris Foy sold to Joshua Foy for 14 dollars and 50 cents land at head of Mill Run on west side of Main Road containing 50 acres. June 14, 1825.

DEED BOOK 19 (1832-1833) p. 1213
53-Edward Johnson sold to Morris Foy for $50.00 all the lands I obtrained by deed or heirship from my father, John L. Johnston, being 100 acres conveyed by Charles Stout and Nicholas Gurganus. Also 16 acres at Richard Simpson's and Stout's lines. And another tract of 8 acres, being part my father bought of Eli Ellis. And a tract of 80 acres joining the others at Adam Luten's corner on Mill Run, Williams Corner. Nemiah Taylor's; in all 204 acres. Dec. 19, 1831. Tests: Thos. Foy, R. Grant. N.B., I. Thomas Johnston

DEED BOOK 19 (1832-1833) p. 1218
113-Morris Foy sold to Thomas Foy for 825 dollars, land on the Wilmington Road at Hix's run at Foy's corner, Joseph Marshborns, Kibbles corner, containing 200 acres and a tract of 300 acres and 100 acres which lands were willed to me by my father, James Foy, deceased. Nov. 23, 1830. Tests: Joshua Foy.

115-May 1, 1824. Morris Foy to Thomas Foy for 500 dollars sold land on Marshborn's Geat Branch joining said Thos. Foy's land containing 130 acres. Tests: John Evans, John Grantham.

124-May 3, 1830. David Sanders sold to Thomas Foy for 75 dollars a tract of land at Williams's corner near Horsepen Branch, 300 acres. Tests: B. F. Dulany.

DEED BOOK 21 (1834-1837) p. 1300
332-John F. Spicer for 30 dollars sold to Morris Foy 100 acres on New River at Lloyd's line, which by older patent was 100 acres but is now 70 acres. July 4, 1836. Tests: Abram Giddens.

DEED BOOK 22 (1837-1839) p. 1338
189-Morris Foy for 750 dollars sold to Straton B. Foy certain tracts of land. The first on south side of SW branch of New River at Carter Stout's patent. 100 acres. Also 16 acres adjoining above land. Also 8 acres at Richd. Simpson's line, purchased of Eli Ellis. Also another tract of 80 acres, on Mill Run, at Luten's and Williams's lines. Also another tract divided by Lewis W. Canaday at what is called the Beargrass. 200 acres. Also another tract patented by Thomas Pitts on south side of SW branch of New River and I convey only my right in this, which is what I bought of John F. Spicer, containing 100 acres. Nov. 28, 1837. Tests: Joshua Foy, Edward Ward.

DEED BOOK 22 (1837-1839) p. 1341
230-Benjamin J. Thompson was indebted to John B. Thompson in a stay of execution in the name of Morris Foy, executor of Straton Burton and for the following judgements in names of Chas. Brown, Williams Humphrey, and since John B. Thompson paid same for me, I owe him a certain amount. I therefore mortgage certain properties to John B. Thompson. Tests: Chas. Thompson.
