Reminders!
My home is full of  reminders.  Reminders of good friends and God's promises.

Ark of the Covenant -
symbolized a covenant promise between God and Israel 
We born-again believers are temples of God (1 Cor 3:16). 
Not only are we temples, we are the Ark itself wherein God's presence 
is manifested as it was in the Ark of the Old Covenant.


Spring Has Sprung !

I was on my way to the grocery this morning.  It was one of those gray rainy days.
The kind where you look for color to brighten your days.  Here is what I saw.

The grass is green outside our door!
The tulips of the this spring share the ground 
with last winters pansies.
The balloons are flying out by the entrance.


The forsythia is in full bloom!
Lev 26:4 Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase,
and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

Thank you God for rain.

When we returned from Puyallup, Washington I came home to a beautiful display of African violets in full bloom!
